2013 Cache Valley Cruise In to Feature 1969 Dodge Super Bee Grand Prize Giveaway

The Cache Valley Cruising Association is set to present the Cache Valley Cruise In July 4th, 5th and 6th at the Cache County Fairgrounds in Logan, Utah.

The Cache Valley Cruise-In has grown each successive year and is now attracting over 1000  vehicles which include Street Rods, Street Machines, Customs, Restored Vehicles, Motorcycles, and Trucks, while spectator attendance has risen to more than 30,000 people. This is one of Northern Utah and Southern Idaho's most loved premiere events and it is all capped off Saturday night from 6:30 - 8:30 with a Main Street Cruising Parade.

The Grand Prize Giveaway Car this year will be a 1969 Dodge Super Bee.  Equipped with the standard 383 Magnum engine and heavy-duty 4 speed transmission, it is a shining example of Mopar’s take on the muscle car.  The style is vintage 60’s. The blue paint and the white vinyl top are complemented by the white bumblebee stripe across the trunk and rear quarters.

Rock superstar Pat Benatar will perform as the headline act Friday, July 5th.  Joining her onstage will be her husband and longtime lead guitarist/songwriting partner Neil Giraldo.  Benatar is a 4-time Grammy Award winner and has sold over 30 million albums, garnering 14 Top 40 hits, including such classics as "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" and "Love is a Battlefield."

The Cache Valley Cruise In has grown to be one of the largest outdoor vintage car shows in the Mountain West.  Show admission is $5.00 each for anyone age 18 and over and $1.00 for ages 5-17. Your admittance ticket gives you a chance to win the giveaway car.  A ticket is good for all 3 days of the show.
