The 6th annual Rods, Hogs & Rigs Car Show takes place this Friday, May 30th at the Kenworth Sales Company dealership in West Valley City, Utah.
This "extravaganza" is a community fundraising event with 100 percent of the proceeds set to benefit student programs at Stansbury Elementary School.
The event will feature classic cars, motorcycles and trucks on display plus food, music and a raffle with prizes for families. Kids will love this show with the Chick-Fil-A Cow, Grizzbee from the Utah Grizzlies and Bumble from the Salt Lake Bees all expected to be in attendance.
Olympic champion Derek Parra, Amanda Jones, from 101.5 the Eagle, the Geek Squad and Governor Gary Herbert will all be making appearances and will help out on judging the vehicles for awards.
Utah car show veteran, J.C. Hackett will be on hand spinnin' the oldies and the fun kicks off at 4pm.
The show is free to attend and is also free to show your vehicle. However, because this is a charity event with all proceeds going to Stansbury Elementary there are suggested amounts of a $15.00 donation to enter your vehicle and a $5.00 donation at the gate.
