Chevrolet's Hot Wheels Camaro Special Edition Arrives in Utah

Hours and hours spent on the floor of your childhood home laying out the bright orange track and imagining the thrill of driving a Hot Wheels car.  Many of us have these treasured memories.  So it's not surprising that when Chevrolet introduced a full size Hot Wheels Camaro concept car at SEMA a little over a year ago it drew huge crowds.  Last fall that concept made it's way to a production model again displayed at SEMA and just recently has started showing up in Chevy dealer's showrooms all across the country.

We finally had a look at the real live version of the Hot Wheels Camaro Special Edition and it does not disappoint!  This is one of the most iconic toys of our lifetime brought to life as one of the coolest Camaros you'll ever see.  Right now Gus Paulos Chevrolet in West Valley City is the only Chevrolet dealership in Utah with one of these special Camaros on site.

As Chevrolet points out on their website: This limited, special edition Camaro is a dream come true for millions of fans, collectors and anyone who remembers feeling that kid-like sense of wonder.  The original Custom Camaro 1:64-scale toy from 1968 was one of the original 16 Hot Wheels cars issued.

The Camaro Hot Wheels Edition is available in coupe and convertible models and will be offered for 2LT and 2SS trims.  The Hot Wheels Special Edition Camaro has several awesome features, most not available on other Camaro models. Specialized equipment includes:

• Kinetic Blue Metallic Exterior- a color specific to this Camaro

2013 Chevy Camaro ZL1 Convertible at Gus Paulos Chevrolet

The 2013 Chevy Camaro ZL1 convertible.  It's what Gus Paulos Chevrolet in West Valley City is using as a unique way to raise funds for the fight against breast cancer.

As you probably know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  (How could you not...everything in the western world has been trimmed in pink lately and we are super happy about that!)

The folks over at Gus Paulos are looking for some Camaro enthusiasts to bid on this baby.  The 2013 Camaro SS Super Car will go to the highest bidder over cost with 100 percent of the profit/proceeds going to the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer effort.

This nearly impossible to get Camaro in all of its 580 HP glory can be seen on the showroom floor at 4050 W 3500 S in West Valley City, Utah.  But you better hurry!  They are taking bids until Oct. 12th and the lucky bidder will take delivery on October 13th.

Utah Chevy Dealers Support Holiday Giving

For those wanting to lend a helping hand this holiday season, several Chevrolet dealerships across the Wasatch front are offering their showrooms as drop off locations for different local charities.  You can stop in and leave a donation to help spread some holiday cheer!

JERRY SEINER CHEVROLET is collecting winter coats for The Road Home homeless shelter.  You can drop off coats on the showroom floor or leave them with the cashiers in their service office.
